Pluspunten

Andersen cares for the development of it’s employees, so everyone is encouraged to learn new things and get new skills and is provided with conditions for that. Also, you can choose which technology to learn and develop. There are usually multiple projects for your technology (not only React Native), and you have options when you select a project for yourself. You can work from home or work from the office or switch these options, the only thing is that you need to book a workplace if you want to work in the office. People here are usually good and helpful, same for projects and resource managers.

I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
