The hiring process lacks transparency. Recruiters and HR will not disclose the full picture during interviews. Once you're in, you're subjected to unnecessary processes like technical run-ups (repeat interviews) and practice projects that serve no real purpose. The work culture is toxic. Five days in office with 8 hours of mandatory presence, combined with a constant fear of being fired, makes it impossible to work with any peace of mind. The hire-and-fire approach shows zero regard for employee stability or growth

We are sorry your experience at our company isn’t great! The aspects you mentioned in your feedback are part of the probation period, when both the company and the employee need to examine each other. We understand your frustration, but the requirements will become less strict as soon as your probation period is over. We hope your experience will improve soon!

I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
