The office environment feels uninspiring—there are no plants, no relaxation zones, or spaces to recharge. Workspace feel cold and impersonal. Leadership often felt disconnected from employees, and communication about important decisions was inconsistent. Opportunities for career growth are limited. No bonuses/salary raise for 2 years straight.

I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
