Regarding your concern about lead distribution, we continue to review our process to ensure fairness and efficiency and have made multiple changes in recent months to ensure fairness. We disagree with your comment about how we treat our customers. We care deeply about our customers. It’s the first of our values and our priorities going forward. While we know there is always room to improve the overall experience, we continue to invest in putting the right teams in place to better our products and our customer experience. If you do have any specifics or examples where you think our customers were not treated appropriately, we ask that you report that to hr@angi.com so we can investigate further.
