You're on 10 hours all the time You dont get paid enough (16.25 walking through the door) if you're not working overtime you can't make ends meet. The raises haven't been keeping up with inflation (3% a year). There's no upward mobility within the company. The Healthcare SUCKS. It used to be better which is how they used to justify not paying their workers enough but now its inexcusable. Work is slowing down and they will likely shut down and move production to Costa Rica after Trump is out of office and they dont have to worry about tariffs.
