Managers truly care about your personal and professional development and are there to support their teams.

Minpunten

Technology is somewhat outdated. Product development has been delayed significantly over the years. Strategy from leadership can sometimes lack direction or consistency. The recent acquisition caught everyone by surprise and could have been handled better.

- Lots of people worked there for a long time, so not much space for stepping up - Not much company event
