The work from home policies are so bad. They decide when we have to work from home and everyweek it's two random days. It's so difficult to keep up with it. Even if we have a very serious personal issue they won't let you apply for work from home. No one from the management understands your situation. And the timings are horrible. Even if you want to leave early the process is strict.. no empathy towards employees. Always doubting.. Feels like working in a micro managed state.
