      Pluspunten

      Nice clean, dry and warm offices (some of the oldest serving staff members talk about there old offices being cold wet and depressing) lots of massive bonus opportunities but not available to everyone (big secret in the company)

      Minpunten

      Pay is very low compared to competition. Can be frustrating as MD holds back individuals from progression. Huge reliance on overseas freelancers who are cheap and crap

      Our salaries are regularly benchmarked against the industry average to ensure that we remain competitive. Career progression and staff development are one of Anicca’s company values. We are growing fast and we offer excellent promotion opportunities; there is normally an option within the agency for career progression. We offer regular performance reviews and 1-2-1 check-ins, so that any issues can be discussed early on. We have never outsourced to overseas freelancers.

      Lots of exposure to advanced paid media strategies across a variety of clients and sectors. Knowledge-sharing is a big part of the culture, and people are always willing to help.

      None come to mind, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.
