Answernet treats their employees well but like any company they are in business to make a profit. The truth is if you are not willing to work this is not the company for you. They do their best to create a productive environment and a pleasant experience for callers, employees and customers.

Minpunten

Answernet does not have the best hiring practices when it comes to management and gives their upper management too much control and not enough regulation. This management can and have made very poor decisions which effects the company and its employees greatly and generally goes unnoticed until it involves a customer and then action is taken.

Just be prepared to be put on things you don't always like. There really was not anything I can complain about.

Plenty of opportunities to get hours, especially for employees who want consistent schedules or extra shifts. Training and resources are available to help new employees get comfortable with systems and expectations.
