The real problem stems from the apathy of the court jester you see on the tv ads-Jack Antwerpen. Jack likes to stagger into management meeting and scream,bang on the table and curse like a sailor to motivate his staff. Jack's infantile behavior sets the whole tone of the organization.When upper management feels you haven't stole enough from customers and employees and/or you have a workers comp case pending....YOUR FIRED. Almost five years of service,forced to another store to bail out a failing department(that manager was fired when he suffered throat cancer) and thrown aside for someone with no experience. They won't pay severance and they keep whatever commission you had coming.
