Pluspunten
The location wasn't terrible and a couple coworkers made an effort.
Minpunten
From day one it was impossible to figure out what was actually expected of you because the priorities shifted constantly — one week it was all about patient volume, then suddenly it's quality and being meticulous, then it swings back again and you're supposed to have known it was changing. Management never communicated clearly about what mattered most and I don't think they even knew themselves. You'd adjust your whole workflow and then get frustrated looks because apparently that wasn't the right approach anymore. it just wears you down after a while, constantly second-guessing whether you're doing the right thing when nobody ever tells you what the right thing is. I spent more time trying to read minds than actually working.
