Pluspunten
As with all corporate gigs, the pros are: nice salary, reasonable benefits, and a reasonably comfortable working environment. Generally, if you get the right cover page on your TPS report, you're fine.
Minpunten
The cons are also the usual: office politics, the OBN, institutional racism and sexism, getting a 1% raise while reading about how great the company is doing every quarter. Being treated like headcount and not a human is what pushed me out the door (after 15 years).
