Aon also pays for continuing education classes and gives cash bonuses to those who earn insurance designations. I also appreciate the number of different business networking groups and mentoring groups that Aon has in place to help those who want to take their career to the next level.

Minpunten

As with any corporation, there is a lot of red tape with the different work processes. Also working with our offshore partners can be very difficult at times. There is a large disconnect with our priorities. Our main priority is to service the clients. their main priority is to follow SOP's even if it compromises our ability to service the clients.
