They do not compensate based off your performance but basically off the companies. So, you could work your butt off all year and get the same amount and the person behind you. The culture is pretty bad. The managers are often there just to manage and do not know how to be leaders. They actually expect you to sit in the same role, with little to no pay increase or career growth.
