I am new to the company but they seem to try to keep an open dialog with their employees. They have many activities to keep the employees involved in the company.

Some internal processes could be simplified.

Strong Leadership – The manager provides clear guidance, encouragement, and fosters growth. Positive Work Culture – The environment is inclusive, motivating, and promotes mutual respect. Work-Life Balance – Flexible policies and understanding management make it easy to maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

Some organizational changes could be communicated earlier.
