Company is trending in the wrong direction from a culture standpoint. Frequent reorganizations occur without much rational. Priorities change haphazardly and failure to meet deadlines are blamed on ICs. Post-merge, the only women on the executive team was demoted, while a toxic VP with little departmental experience was promoted to CPO. Cust Ops is expected to "manage expectations" from frustrated clients without being provided with much intel on how client requests will be addressed. New products are constantly being developed while existing products are not fixed or fail to sell. The SLT appears to be making it up as they go. Pre-merger, recent employee departures were announced, now they are not which gives the appearance of an attempt to cover up layoffs/attrition.
