Horrible - werkgeversreview Customer Service Representative (CSR) bij Apollo Health Street

Great environment, very relaxed, decent starting pay for area, good benefits package, managers actually care about employees, free documented job training for anyone that wants it

location not near anything at all, contracts with other companies can be lost in the blink of an eye, needs change from month to month to please whatever customer "says" is wrong

The compensation package isn't bad compared to other companies. The pay is pretty good.

The problem with apollo is that as an employee your bounce back and forth in positions with in the company. Apollo works by obtaining contracts to other companies AR work. So you can imagine what happens when they don't have any contracts. When there's no contracts they place you in collections to call patient all day for money. When you go to the interview they fool you by making it seem like its the best company to work for and they always have contracts. Personally I'm pissed because i left a good company to go to a company that could careless of what your job qualifications is. There pay is pretty good, but the company is very unreliable when it comes to employment. So don't be intice by the pay and what they say during the interview. Once i find another job I'm never coming back to this company. You we're WARNED!!!!!!
