The culture feels heavily focused on revenue and profitability, sometimes at the expense of delivering meaningful results for clients. Asking for a raise feels unnecessarily difficult and discouraging, adding to an already high-pressure environment where work stress often carries over into personal life. Additionally, I experienced unprofessional and at times intimidating behavior from management that felt like bullying. This treatment noticeably worsened after it became known that my father had been diagnosed with cancer, making an already challenging environment even more difficult to navigate.
