I am confused from where should I start. - Worst work environment - No Restroom(unbelievable but true) - No Process be it for Developers, Employees, Management. - They always underpay, each and every employee which are not much(14-20 as whole). - Owner is too blind too understand and act on it as he is well aware of everything and infact he himself is the puppet master. - HRs are just for show, they themselves are not aware of HR etiquettes. - Salary is delayed every month. - Only one Product/Project as you wish you can call, that too on outdated technology. - They don't hear of any suggestions or areas for improvement, as they are in their small and lovely well of comfort. - Work is in shifts(No work life balance) - Compensations and Benefits, they haven't heard a word similar to this, "GMI is in renewal state" you will hear if you ask for your medical insurance for which they have already deducted from CTC(for all employees). - FnF is painful(They are scared of one would run away with their Laptop, yeah lovely creatures aren't they instead they stop responding to calls and emails of employees) The above said is not in agony or resentment, these are facts and applied to all employees here. You will find every positive feedback is basically provided by HR and they are so lazy they dint even care to differentiate the review comments. I can go on, but can't waste anymore time so my suggestion is to stop and rethink if you have received an offer.🙂
