Pluspunten
Based on the description on their website and what HR told me, this company seems like a modern IT company and a dream job: -top-notch ratings, -official employment, -modern offices in several cities across Russia and worldwide, -flexible working hours, -the ability to request salary increases, -informal communication with management and the opportunity to raise concerns about any supervisor. But none of this is true!
Minpunten
All company ratings are artificially inflated: HR regularly reminds employees to leave positive reviews. Getting officially employed is nearly impossible; you can only expect a "black" salary. There are no paid vacations. There are no other offices besides the one in Moscow. According to internal documents, work can only start at either 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. The salary is significantly below market rates, paid only in the second half of the following month (but only if you have worked 40 hours in the new month), and delays are common. You can ask for a raise, but there are plenty of reasons why it will be denied. There are also numerous reports of unpaid salaries upon resignation. Complaining to management about issues is pointless; you’ll only receive ridicule and harsh treatment in return. Your pay is based on the number of hours worked, which are tracked by monitoring software. There are auditors who monitor your activity and deduct working hours if you haven't moved your mouse or pressed keys frequently enough.
