Everything will seems to good when you have client. -They are AWS partners. - HIKE - You might receive a double digit hike on first year alone. Prefer this company for a year even if you are a local.

- majority of projects are AWS based, if you're hired for azure, gcp or oracle, you are not not likely to be in more than 2 projects - Poor management - Expect a technical guidance from a HR/ Sales person on how to complete the tasks whether you like it or not. - They do not care, if you are a 6 months or 6 years experienced, when you do not have project assigned, they can relieve you in a next second. Do not expect the official notice period and severance page.. =====NOTE: POLICY ALWAYS BENEFITS THE COMPANY ======== - Sales team - They are supposed to to find the projects for you, sometimes..... they dont, so you will be fired. - Relocation - No matter you have a family or not, if you are not ready to relocate as per the project need, review the employment/ appointment letters. - There is no Technical manager available for any given position. Clients - Most of the clients are from Finance sector. Competitors - You'd be surprised when you see it on the letter. HR - :)
