They used to support remote workers, but now the boomer owner wants everyone in office at least a few times per week and has slowly gotten rid of most remote employees. Out of touch leadership Nepotism is strong. Nearly everyone here is related to the owner or is a family friend. They will tout "the culture" and really the only culture is that there is a bar/lounge in the building.
