I have personally been approached by my director I worked under and other senior managers in my section almost on a daily basis. "No I dont want to hang out with you after work.", "No I don't want to get something to eat.", "No I don't want to hang out with you over the weekend." Needless to say I could not wait until I found another job.. Old building, nothing modern.
