They have an open door policy and have not received any concerns to date about ethical issues or anything similar. It does claim to be posted by a former employee - perhaps in the risk manager role - but be assured that concerns like that would have been investigated seriously by company ownership. Unsure if this is a legitimate review as the company has more than one owner and talks about lunch places in reference to reviewing the company.
