Working at this company was one of the most frustrating and demoralizing experiences of my career. Micromanagement is rampant, with leadership going so far as to invade employees' personal workspaces without reason. Employees are not properly trained for tasks, yet they are blamed when things go wrong. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment, management regularly shifts blame onto employees while failing to take accountability for their own missteps. Retaliation is a very real concern here. Complaints about management are not taken seriously, and those who speak up quickly find themselves targeted. I was fired without warning after raising concerns, along with another employee who had been unfairly treated as well. It’s clear that dissent is not tolerated, and employees are disposable in the eyes of leadership. Additionally, management publicly reprimands employees in front of their teammates to embarrass and humiliate them, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and anxiety. They also bad-mouth employees behind their backs, further eroding trust and morale. The company is now short-staffed and overworked due to this poor management style, with employees leaving one after another. To make matters worse, almost all of the positive reviews online appear to be written by management, and the same boss responsible for these issues is the one responding to negative reviews, trying to control the company’s image rather than fixing the problems. Prospective employees should take these reviews with a grain of salt and seriously reconsider working here. If you're looking for a stable, respectful, and professional workplace, look elsewhere. This company does not value its employees, and the toxic work environment and management will only drain you.

Thank you for this review. We haven’t had any departures in the past few weeks. To respond reference the ‘personal workspace’, we can only speculate that this is in reference to having an employee for a short while that called out so much that IT had to access their emails so the company could make a plan to ensure client needs were being addressed. That is definitely not the norm, but after a client called about the lack of support and response, the company could not wait for the employee to decide to return to work again. It was surprisingly confirmed that emails and voicemails were unresponded to for weeks, even while the employee was at work. Sadly, the role was very very entry level administration and the employee in this scenario was struggling with basic administrative skills - email response, returning phone calls, task and time management, and how to read and follow a detailed SOP or job aid consistently. Human Resources has since changed and updated the hiring process further to better assess for these fundamental skills in candidates, with a new assessment that also includes a writing/typing test. Regrettably, this level of detailed assessment was not in place prior and hiring decisions were made off factors such as employee’s education for example. It was a learning opportunity for the company, and we’ve employed more stringent screening to source an entry level administrator that has the prerequisite entry level skills. We wish this former employee well, and hope that the many months of training and retraining was somewhat beneficial in some way.
