Work life balance is incredible depending on manager. You'll make lifelong friends here. Scientists here are brilliant. Feels like a lucky place, a lot of coworkers seemed to get picked for the H1B lottery (I think that's what it's called). Great place to learn whatever skills you want.
Minpunten
Pay is extremely low. You never get a bonus. You won't get a promotion no matter how hard your direct manager advocates for you even if you've worked there for 3 years and are incredibly talented and efficient. Upper management will constantly promise you a bonus, promotion, raise, etc. but will not deliver.
