instead of raises you get a turkey and a ham

complete mismanagement. zero communication between management and anyone else. cannot take any manager truthfully. such a high turnover rate that there is very little employees that have a understanding about how anything works. through mismanagement they are constantly understaffed and always make it the workers problem. if they paid their employees a living wage I'm sure the company wouldn't have lost over 40 employees this year

Very shady management. If they think they can keep you under their thumb they will and they'll gaslight you every chance they get. Just do this and all will be well they say. Well start you at this pay, oh well give you a raise if you do this, oh this is only temporary.... yeah alright man. Don't work here.
