this is a company that regularly rips off its clients and its employees. The CEO, Anthony Craig, overbills clients for hours that were not even worked, distorts results to make it look like the company was actually doing something for its clients, and treats his employees like crap. BEWARE Appointmentsetter

Okay I just had a chance to read this review below and was absolutely "personally" offended that these guys would write such garbage and even worst that this review site would allow these so-call anonymous people to write such garbage without as much as checking to see if it's true or not. I know exactly who wrote these bad reviews "you know who you are". These were disgruntled former bad employee who didn’t last a month on the job and was let go because they refused to show up for work. When they did show up they would sit around all day playing on their phone or face book, barely did what they were being paid to do and didn’t earn much commission on top of the base salary they were being paid, because of bad appointments they booked. These are career scammers and they all had very short term financial needs when they took the job, this is what they do. How do you make quick money?, you single out call centers, show up for a week or two, makeup and submit some bogus appointments, get paid and then take off. By the time the company figures it out, they're long gone and the check has been cashed. They go from call center to call center for a few weeks at a time, submit the bogus appointments on behalf of our clients......they never actually speak to anyone on the phone, they make it up and they would all be cancelled after they're long gone, leaving the company and its clients holding the bag. Even after all of that, the company still paid them. Some of these guys were nothing but lazy freeloaders. The company would offer them a salary plus bonus and commissions and still they wouldn’t show up for work and when they did show up they would book the bad appointments with people they never even spoke to on the phone. This particular individual was caught red handed and they insisted on being paid for the bogus appointment any way. When the company refused to be bullied, they tried to blackmail the company by threatening to write bad reviews like this site and when that didn’t work they would make good on their threats and write reviews like this one......then go off to another call center and do the same thing. A number of our staff has been with us for years and not once in those years did they ever had any issues getting paid what was owed to me. The only thing the company ask that they show up and do what they were suppose to and even when their own work ethic was lacking at times, the company still stepped up to the plate and cut them some slack and still paid their salary. The reviews are absolute lies and were for pure revenge because the company caught them and let him go and they clearly had an inflated view of themselves not to mention a sense of entitlement to other people's time and money. We challenge any review site (including Glassdoor) to stop adding insult to injury to victims of these reviews and do your job and not be so lazy to allow anyone to write unsubstantiated lies without as much as checking with the victims of such vicious reviews, slander and defamatory comments. At least have a balance approach to what you're doing and don’t allow these cowards to write garbage and lies and do it without even indentifying them selves......how is that fair? NOTE: All of my current employees all endorse this message and response and I also challenge Glassdoor to call and speak with any of them independently with no influence from the company.......they all indorse this response.......in fact they all helped to write it. With their permission, they have authorized me to provide their personal email address and/or phone numbers so you can check out their own stories if you would like Glassdoor!!!
