Many genuinely nice people from around the world, with different levels of work experience in various fields. Many staff tell me they have learned a lot from working here. A diverse range of work is undertaken by ABT. Although it depends on your role, there are opportunities to gain experience, learn, apply your skills and travel.

Minpunten

The company is an SME which, over the last several years, has experienced rapid growth. This brings challenges and some people don't like that, but for those of a certain mind set and with certain goals, these challenges present an opportunity to learn and grow.

The work was never boring and neither were the co-workers. Did a lot of traveling and having the opportunity to experience different cultures and learn many things on the way. It is a great stepping stone in your career.

Minpunten

The management is unable to understand that the employees are their biggest asset. Consequently they do not offer an environment where one could grow and stay with the company.
