Pluspunten

I met some great co-workers here, but management leaves much to be desired.

Minpunten

Management is gossipy and manipulative, and they often talk to workers as though they're children. They're also passive aggressive. Several times, I've heard vague complaints during group meetings, when the issue would have been better addressed one on one. Nobody loves retail, but bad bosses make everything worse.

Pluspunten

I work at the cafeteria, contracted through Aramark. I was work my hours, and serve students. There was always hours that was available and my manager was reasonable. Work was within expectation, and I would clock in and clock out.

Minpunten

There isn't much cons to become a student worker.

Working as a Lead Barista has been a rewarding experience that has helped me grow both professionally and personally.
