It all comes down to the executive team, specifically the CEO. They do not practice what they preach. The actual culture is nothing like what they sell you in the interviews - it is incredibly political and they do not move or think at speed. They LOVE meetings. Feedback, which the CEO touts, is always more about the person delivering the feedback rather than the person it is given to. Favoritism is EVERYWHERE - if you are not of the select few, don't expect much. The CEO has even said to multiple people "Once I am over someone, it is like they no longer exist."
