There are many good people who worked there while I was there, although fewer when I left than when I started.

Minpunten

The environment there is toxic and the CEO is a tyrant. He went about getting rid of most of the management in the time I was there. Some needed to go, but many good people were sent packing. He brought in a bunch of cronies and many of these have since been let go or left on their own.

Predictable work schedule Safety Oriented Cross training available. Overtime available in all departments if you were cross trained.

Minpunten

Long hours, at the time I worked they had transitioned from a 5 day work week to a 4 on 4 off schedule-12 hour days, peak business would involve a lot of over time or sometimes even mandatory overtime to balance out fairness on hour distribution, during slower business people could be dismissed early.
