As you note, we offer a very good work life balance and benefits for all employees, including a sabbatical every four years in addition to the bonuses and stocks granted to high performing employees. When you factor in the total compensation package, including the above mentioned bonuses, RSUs, PTO in addition to the salary, we are quite competitive with the other semiconductor companies in the region. Having time off to focus and remain productive is quite valuable both for the employee and for the company. As for the work environment, we are reading the reviews from the Bangalore office here on Glassdoor as well as taking feedback we learned from the ARM Engagement survey to make working at ARM a positive one. While it won't be an overnight change, discussions are taking place with senior management both in India and Cambridge, so this is something we are committed to improving.
