I was laid off within a very short time (around one month) despite putting in significant effort and actively contributing to assigned work. Overall, the process felt abrupt and did not provide a fair chance to demonstrate capabilities. There was also a lack of transparent feedback or clear improvement direction before making such a critical decision.
