Negative management that manages with intimidation. Adversarial management style. Expect little to no support from management. Every employee for him or herself, little to no team spirit. Managers expect employees to abide by their policy of "always strive for excellence" and forget that employees are human beings, not robots. Being written up for mistakes (fact or fiction), due to second hand knowledge, is common.
