- they will demand to come to work even if you are sick -no family friendly They have this slogan “people matter “ but the only ones matter are they you don't matter for them -bonuses are ridiculous - if you are bilingual fmdon even think applying they don't pay extra for that - ridiculous amount of material to learn on training. You will see how your team start at 25 people and only 5 end up staying at the job - pto policies are unreal and only beneficial for them high managers keep having extra time for lunchs and vacation but you can have time off even if you are dying they will put it on your cons. - you will lose your head and mental health in this job and they will not even care at all as long as you do the job. You are always replaceable, not opportunities to growth even when they tell you since the day one of your training you will. They will let you growth for more work and only rise you 1 dollar more. And sometimes they will ask you to take more responsibilities with no pay.
