- Lack of trust - Micromanagement - Monitoring every step of employees; to the extent of asking employees to make sure toilet breaks are done during lunch, limiting the amount of coffee breaks, etc. - Poor or no technical and peer reviews - Poor and inexperienced management team.

Working for a big company might be intimidating however the management's close contact with their employees always ensured this to be a non-issue.
