As a women in construction tech, I have not found any employee being disrespectful. It is such a multi-cultured place that everyone gets to raise their opinion and views. 3. The work is great, where I get to make an impact straight away. This is what gets me out of bed every single day. 4. You get to work from home as well, which adds balance to your life too. 5. The management teams have great mentors, and even if they are in a different country, they truely make an effort to give you time and advice.
