1. Poor Matching!!!!!!! Number 1 problem
2. Unrealistic Client Expectations! Oversell the process. Clients expect assistant to be readily available at any time. However, assistants have different expectations when it comes to availablity.
3. 'Ring Leaders' aka AssistPro Management treat their 1099 employees extremely poorly!
Some, not all, are extremely rude.
4. Clients pay a lot and have this idea that us 1099s are also highly compensated, when that is absolutely NOT the case. Some clients pay over $3000 a month for 30-40 hrs/month. This is about 8 - 10 a week. Not a lot of work can get done in this timeframe. Clients are typically confused regarding the amount of work that can get done and also the payment process.
5. Minimal tenured Assistants 2 years max for most; this company recruits but cannot provide quality Assistants to Clients because they are not aware of what their assistants skills or strengths are. They don’t test their knowledge or train them using EOS model they mainly sell to their clients. As a result, clients become frustrated and terminate services. When this occurs assistants are left without a client and are forced to wait for another or find one themselves!
