Pluspunten

There are some friendly people that you love to work with. Pay on time but this should be given. Friendly owners.

Minpunten

There are managers that treat their subordinates in a very abusive, toxic manner. Salaries could better. Zero work/life balance, they dont respect the fact that you have personal life, and while technicians are paid overtime, the admin staff is paid zero while working 10 hours everyday minimum.

Pluspunten

Involved with new technology on a daily basis. Market is developing thus there are a lot of opportunities. Doing extremely while located in a country which is on crisis.

Minpunten

No work life balance. Firm work activities have expanded but departmental growth cannot coop with the job requirements.

Arrogant management onboard and recently ashore, nepotism, shortcuts, safety needs improvement. Offshore contracts not present.
