The rate of growth is staggering- 10x headcount in a year is no joke. Because of that, we’re often building the plane while flying it. If you need rigid structure or a predictable routine, you might struggle here. We are always assessing how to do things better, so "normal" is a moving target. Also, this is definitely not a 9-5 role.
