I haven't been here long, but let me tell you, this place is such a breath of fresh air from other engineering cultures I've been a part of. The org structure is very flat, with a 'zero micromanagement' vibe across the board. Everyone is empowered to identify blockers, break down work, and get stuff done. This is a dream job for those who are self-starters.
