Leadership lacks transparency and open communication, which creates challenges in understanding organizational direction and expectations. Opportunities for growth appear limited and may not always be distributed equitably. Management practices can feel overly controlling at times, with limited autonomy for employees. Compensation does not seem competitive relative to workload and responsibilities. The organization is currently understaffed, resulting in increased pressure on existing team members. Additionally, expanding work-from-home flexibility could better support employee well-being and work-life balance. Overall morale has declined significantly. High performers are often rewarded with additional responsibilities without corresponding recognition or support.
