Bonus and Salary hike are the jokes. They cut the vacation, and force you to take vacation so they can stop vacation cash-out to save money, no decent computer to work with, no training, if you're an IT person and not so busy with your project, they will ask you to do anything including changing light bulbs, fixing leaking roof.
