Lots of things to be exposed to, a lot of great scientist to work with. Lots of exciting things to look forward to.

MedImmune is working to get out from under the cloud. Despite the rain, the pace hadn't slowed down. You really need to dry yourself off and really hit the ground hard. It's very competitive, which makes it hard to climb ladders without a PhD
