      Pluspunten

      Pay is very attractive, They also cover your bike charges if you travel using that. Cafeteria is affordable. Free coffee is insane.

      Minpunten

      Growth slope is extremely low, Work environment is quite dull and crowded at times, No training programs allowed to students joining because technically they are on Randstad contracts so they are external employees (like consultants and I think that is why the decently high wage). So if you want to do a learning course within company, it really is not possible..

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
