Nothing to mention during the whole interview process.

Minpunten

They do not select based on your actual profile or competencies. A big layer of hypocrisy surrounds HR and the way they talk to you. Watch out if you do two different interviews for two different positions and then and not mention it in the second one. They will discard you just because they did not ask you the question in advance!

Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

Minpunten

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
