No increments after you join the company. Top Management's behaviour is unpredictable. They spoil their own team and sack good people, to meet top people KPI. Next month when they need people they pay any thing to get the person on board. Management should treat their employees fair. Work wise, if you work hard, you will be classified as a critical resource and that is end of your career progress and monetary benifits. Dont be surprised non performers will get the best increment. Surprisingly no body till Project Manager level, knew how increment and salary corrections are done. Neither HR nor Practice head can clarify the basis of salary corrections.
