Way too many bureaucratic processes for every small thing, not agile at all and too much politics involved, useless training which is compulsory for the sake of it that is time-consuming and utter rubbish. Obsolete methodology and tools to track work. No career development, it is all subjected to despotism and favouritism, and who your drinking buddies are. Physical environment is tiring and depressive (no natural light, no natural air, terrible lighting, dust...) - "Culture and values" are non-existent, the only value is to maximise profits at all cost.
