Albeit all the negative, Atos has pockets of superb people that makes the career journey exciting. Vast customer and project portfolio diversity. Remote working is done effectively. Diversity and inclusion is well handled.

Pushing staff to work overtime, giving responsibility and workload which is meant for a team to rest on individual’s shoulders. Making IT and Customer Experience impacting decisions based on what’s good for Atos, not the end-customer Not providing proper systems/tools, yet forcing to work in non-functional environments but expecting great results Various programmes put in place to foster talent but unfortunately its just a ‘lipstick’ with no real enablement Employee exit was handled disgracefully, final calculations being over a month late after leaving company, even after chasing weekly. Overall wrongly calculated, lost annual allowance days and not paid outstanding expense claims yet passing my information to a collector agency which I will have to deal with now.
